Mário is a Senior State Engagement Manager at Recidiviz. Previously, Mário served as the Director of Public Affairs for Ursinus College where he was responsible for developing the college's government relations strategies and leading the institution’s expansion efforts. Bringing a decade’s worth of experience in federal + state politics, his career has been a testament to the power of strategic advocacy and mobilization in transforming communities.
Beyond gardening and a seemingly never-ending list of DIY projects, you can usually find Mário behind a good book or equally good wine. He holds a B.A. in political science from Seton Hall University.
