Anna Geiduschek is a software engineer and the Tech Lead of the Lantern team at Recidiviz. She joined Recidiviz as their second full-time employee after 4.5 years at Dropbox, where she was the Tech Lead for the mobile Camera Uploads product - which millions of people use every day to upload photos to the cloud. When she is not distracting herself with work, Anna soothes her existential dread with reality shows such as Survivor and Bachelor in Paradise, or runs up the hills nearby her house in San Francisco. She was recently featured in the New York Times for using her power as a tech recruit to denounce companies who contract with ICE. Anna holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential to our mission. People come to Recidiviz to contribute to an urgent cause, and to work alongside incredible coworkers who care as much as they do. To ensure that we’re building intentional products and amplifying the work of others in the reform ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the people we serve.
We combine the efficiency of a tech company with the heart of a non-profit. Recidiviz began as a volunteer project at Google and has since grown into one of the brightest, kindest teams that civic tech has to offer. Our north star: safely and fairly shrinking the criminal justice system.
