Theresa Lim is an Engagement Specialist at Recidiviz, working as a part of the Product Growth team. She previously worked in product, operations, and training at Color, a health tech start-up based in the Bay Area. During her time there, she designed the California Department of Public Health’s first successful telehealth service for PrEP assistance (PrEP-AP), which provides free HIV prevention and care for thousands of underserved & at-risk folks. Outside of work, you can usually find Theresa playing volleyball, mahjong, tetris, or pretty much any other game. Theresa holds a B.A. in Sociology and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh.
