Rosy is our Human Resource Business Partner at Recidiviz. Previously she was a compliance manager where she focused on internal and external compliance with city and state lobbying regulations. With over 9 years of experience in strategic operations, project management, and data administration, she is passionate about empowering communities and advancing social justice through education and advocacy. She has served as a Course Facilitator at Catalyst Miami, where she provided students with the groundwork to become affordable housing advocates, educators, leaders, and innovators in their communities. Rosy has obtained her Master’s in Public Administration, specializing in Policy Analysis and Evaluation, and large course work in Urban Development and Sustainability from Baruch College. In her free time, Rosy enjoys swimming, painting, and writing -- especially poetry.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential to our mission. People come to Recidiviz to contribute to an urgent cause, and to work alongside incredible coworkers who care as much as they do. To ensure that we’re building intentional products and amplifying the work of others in the reform ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the people we serve.
We combine the efficiency of a tech company with the heart of a non-profit. Recidiviz began as a volunteer project at Google and has since grown into one of the brightest, kindest teams that civic tech has to offer. Our north star: safely and fairly shrinking the criminal justice system.
