Rachel Rosenblatt is a Chief of Staff at Recidiviz, telling stories with data to support the organization’s growth. Previously, Rachel was a product manager at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth where she helped create products to drive financial inclusion and economic development. Before that, she taught English in northern Thailand as a Princeton in Asia fellow. She can frequently be found trail running, propagating plants, and reading in hammocks. Rachel holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and Public Health from Princeton University.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential to our mission. People come to Recidiviz to contribute to an urgent cause, and to work alongside incredible coworkers who care as much as they do. To ensure that we’re building intentional products and amplifying the work of others in the reform ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the people we serve.
We combine the efficiency of a tech company with the heart of a non-profit. Recidiviz began as a volunteer project at Google and has since grown into one of the brightest, kindest teams that civic tech has to offer. Our north star: safely and fairly shrinking the criminal justice system.
