Nicole Bare is a Senior State Engagement Manager at Recidiviz. Previously, she was CEO of an opinion polling firm, where she led the team in launching innovative new data products, and prior to that worked in PR and public affairs. Nicole started her career conducting policy research on alternative sentencing and reentry policy in the Idaho legislature. In her free time, Nicole can usually be found catching live music or exploring the Idaho backcountry. Nicole graduated from Boise State University with degrees in History and Spanish.
