Maggie Taylor is a Data Analyst at Recidiviz. Previously, she has worked in social science research in public sector programming as well as non-profit spaces. Maggie has put her technical skills to use by facilitating data-driven decision making across a variety of public health, economic security, and justice reform evaluation projects. Away from her desk, she enjoys spending time outside in the Colorado sunshine and all things food (cooking, baking, dining, gardening, you name it). Maggie graduated from University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Economics and Health & Society.
A diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is essential to our mission. People come to Recidiviz to contribute to an urgent cause, and to work alongside incredible coworkers who care as much as they do. To ensure that we’re building intentional products and amplifying the work of others in the reform ecosystem, we are committed to fostering a diverse team that reflects the people we serve.
We combine the efficiency of a tech company with the heart of a non-profit. Recidiviz began as a volunteer project at Google and has since grown into one of the brightest, kindest teams that civic tech has to offer. Our north star: safely and fairly shrinking the criminal justice system.
