Eril Morales is a recruiter at Recidiviz. Previously, she supported recruiting efforts for Data Science & Analytics roles at Uber, building teams for Marketing, Safety, and Product. Prior to recruiting, Eril's career began in the non profit space, where she primarily worked with students and under-resourced communities, enriching her with a variety of experiences ranging from creative writing workshops, public health services and college success coaching. Outside of work, Eril loves to read, write, and be out in nature. If not in her cozy space, you can probably find her at the library or picking up new crafting material from her local buy nothing group. She holds a B.S. in Society & Environment, with a focus on justice and sustainability from the University of California, Berkeley.
